    Online Checkout & Purchase

    All products listed on the HOGEBABY website can be purchased directly on our secure WordPress/WooCommerce store. You do not need to contact us, request a quote, or complete any steps outside our website to buy the items shown in our store.

    Our checkout process is designed to be simple and straightforward. To complete a purchase:

    1. Add the items you wish to buy to your cart.
    2. Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping and billing details.
    3. Select one of the payment options listed on this page.
    4. Review your order total and place your order.

    The entire transaction—from product selection through payment—is completed on HOGEBABY. We only collect information necessary to process payment and fulfill your order (such as name, shipping address, email address, and payment details).

    Who Can Checkout

    Our website checkout is available to all customers, including individual shoppers and business buyers. Both personal and commercial orders use the same secure online checkout flow.

    Customers in our supported shipping region—the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam)—can complete the full checkout process on our website.     Order Confirmation & Estimated Delivery

    After you successfully complete checkout, you will receive a purchase confirmation that includes your order details and an estimated delivery timeframe.

    • On-screen confirmation: Immediately after payment, you will see an order confirmation page displaying your order number, items purchased, order total, shipping address, and estimated delivery timeframe.
    • Email confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout, including your order number, purchased items, payment summary, shipping address, and estimated delivery window.

    In-stock orders are typically prepared for shipment on the next business day after payment is received. Standard delivery is generally estimated at 3–5 business days, depending on your destination and carrier. Full details are available on our Shipping Policy page.

    Once your order ships, you will receive a separate shipping notification email with tracking information when available.

    Accepted Payments

    HOGEBABY accepts the following online payment options at checkout. Only payment options displayed during checkout for your country, currency, and device are available for your order.

    Pricing, Currency & Taxes

    Product prices, applicable taxes, and the final order total are displayed on the checkout page before you submit payment. Standard shipping to eligible U.S. addresses is free on all orders. The currency shown at checkout is the currency you will be charged in, subject to your payment provider’s conversion rules if applicable.

    Pay With PayPal

    With PayPal, you can send payments quickly and securely online. Through PayPal, you can pay with credit card, debit card, or bank account balance. Once your order is submitted, you will be redirected to PayPal’s site where you can make the payment. For more information, please visit the PayPal website.

    Advantages of using PayPal: Payment is traceable through your PayPal account. hogebaby.com does not receive your credit card number or bank information (it is safely encrypted through PayPal’s server), which limits the risk of unauthorized use.

    You may still check out even without a PayPal account. To do so, click “Pay with Debit/Credit Card” on PayPal’s page to enter your card details securely.

    Why has my PayPal payment been declined?

    • The transaction page has timed out.
    • You left the page before finishing the checkout procedure.
    • Your PayPal account has insufficient funds or is not linked to a bank account or credit card.
